BIBLE THOUGHT: ”Don’t jump the gun!” Runners in the Olympics are well aware of this old adage. If a runner starts, takes off, or moves before the sound of the gun, they are disqualified. This is what Proverbs 25:8 is talking about. Waiting on an answer from God, don’t get ahead of Him. ” Be still, and know that I am God..” —Psalms 46:10
