BIBLE THOUGHT: God has measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, weighed the mountains in His scales (Isa.40:12). We know that regarding the Earth: that He took something out of nothing and told it to stay there….and it did (Job 26:7). He knows the number of the stars and in fact, has a name for each and every one of them (Psalm 147:4). We also know, that God spoke the planets into existence and they are actually made up of things which we cannot see. Scientists call this “anti-matter.” (Hebrews 11:3). But the greatest wonder is us. “What is man, that thou art mindful of him?” —Psalm 8:4. Our very human nature is to go against God. We have despised and rejected Him. There is none good, no not one. Yet, He gave His only begotten Son to die a horrific death that He, GOD, might have fellowship with us!. What a wonderful, wonderful God we have, to offer Salvation to man that could never obtain it on his own. That is the greatest wonder of all!
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The next time you consider the wondrous works of God…..look in a mirror!
