BIBLE VERSE: ” Oh that I knew where I might find him! that I might come even to his seat!” —Job 23:3
BIBLE THOUGHTS: The trials of Job. The heaviness of his heart, had brought him to the point that he wasn’t even sure if God was in a thousand miles of him. And Job cries out, “Oh that I knew where I might find him!” Sound familiar? Blessed be our God, that we may know where to find him! He is in Christ Jesus, ever pleading our cause, ever living to make intercession for us. (Romans 8:26-27). The question was asked in Romans 8:35, “Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?” The answer is ” that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” We have another promise found in Hebrews 13:5 that He will never leave us nor forsake us. The devil will use the trials in our lives to doubt, God will use our trials to strengthen. Looking for God…..He’s right there there with you!
