BIBLE THOUGHT: Grace,Grace, thank God for His Grace! Not only was it His “Amazing Grace that saved a wretch like me..” but, Grace is an enabler.
1. It enables us to have consolation when our hearts are broken, it gives us a good hope when it seems like the end of a thing is such a long way off. –2 Thessalonians 2:16 “which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,”
2. Grace enables us to stand when our hearts are sooo heavy, we can hardly walk. It enables us to rejoice in hope instead of wallowing in sadness. – Romans 5:2 “By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.”
3. Because of Grace, we have access to the very throne of Grace to find help in time of need. – Hebrews 4:16 “Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”
DAILY THOUGHT: This Grace is so important, that God thought it best to include it in the very last chapter, the very last verse of His Word. — Revelation 22:21 “The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.”
