Below are some EXCUSES people will give when they do not want Christ in their lives. Along with some Bible answers
1.Too many things in my life…I need to stop some things…………Ephesians 2:8-9. If we wait until we “fix things” we will never be ready. Furthermore, Salvation isn’t based on anything we “fix”….it’s a “gift” of God ”not of works”
2.God will not forgive me, I have just done too much evil in my life…………………..1Jn.1:9.
3.Too many hypocrites in church…….Rev.20: 11-15. That excuse will not hold up when a person stands before God to be judged.
4. I just don’t believe in God.. ……Psalm 14:1. Whether we believe in God or not, will not change the fact of Revelation 20:15
Suggestion: By memorizing verses like these, it prepares you to “Be ye ready…” 1 Peter 3:15
